A proud husband to Kelly and father of two beautiful girls. I was the founder and director of a successful construction-based company for 15 years, employing up to 12 staff and managing various contractors' and clients' expectations. I totally understand the various directions a business owner gets pulled in, all day, every day. 

From the outside, I was working alongside some great people in an industry I loved, and my professional career and personal life could not have been better. However, I was at a point where I was allowing work and my mindset to impact almost every aspect of my life negatively. I was caught in the “Busy Mindset”, getting stuff done at the expense of my well-being, incapable of recognising that this way of living could cost me my life………

Then, at the age of 41, I was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of cancer. A tumour that has changed my life in more ways than one…

I decided it was time to change the story, which was supposed to be “the rest of my life”. Ultimately, how can I have an impact on others before diagnosis, disease or trauma forces the change that has been “put off” due to excuse after excuse? Why is that important? Because that’s exactly what I did.

With one of the most defining moments now a constant reminder of how finite life is, I now know that we need to have a purpose in our work and life instead of focusing on external satisfaction. My vision is challenging, changing, and supporting the way in which business operates, the way leaders think and that YOU are more than you think.

 My philosophy is simple: “Creating Better awareness, we make Better choices that deliver Better results”. This empowers people to do what they really want to do to pursue their true potential, live their best life and create a legacy of fulfilment.
